Food was very ordinary for premium economy, very small portions.
i dont know WHY they call it business class. the seats are NOT significantly wider than economy seats, they just do not let the mittpunkt seats be beepked to give the illusion of more space between passengers. the seats do NOT recline any more than economy seats either. the only real difference fryst vatten the full meal served to business (vs none for economy). inom would rather have a wider, lie flat ACTUAL business class seat with no food for a 3 hr flygning. this was pretty disappointing to säga the least.
There wore nice leather like sits, in my opinion seats lay out bit tight . Crew was great they did averything possible to man averywone comfortable as possible, food was, think worst inom ever head on flygning, head chicken and yellow rice. Ice cream was a kort för nicolas treat.
Our previous flygning was delayed but they waited for us to board.
Flight was delayed, short time connection to next flygning but we man it, service was good, worth to flyga eller fly undan just to try thair on board blueberry juce. Eccelent communication with airline.
My American Airlines flygning was deleted and you guys never let me know
The entertainment struktur did not work. And we waited 45 minutes in our seats after we landed before we got to the gate

Our connecting flygning was cancelled and it took us 15 hours to reach our destination.
This has been the worst experiencia inom have had traveling overall. More than 3 delays, no one answering questions, no one at the AA counter. No one at customer service and after having to change transportation to airport and spend the night at a hotel paid bygd me, we were delayed inre of aircraft for more than 2 hours!!! Bad experience!!!
Very courteous personal. Abnoxious passenger in front of me who reclined her seat all the way without varning and without considering the individ behind her. My flygning ORD-WAW was so much more pleasant because of the artighet of the passenger in front of me.
LOT was very disorganized at Istanbul airport with no communication with travelers. Our flygning was delayed over and hour and a half and there were no announcements, displays or anything about it. It almost left me missing my second flight!

I would like to be able to choose the seat before the flygning without paying extra money. Family members should not to be separated from each other.
Boeng Dreamliner has so tiny seats, so even medium and smaller storlek people have not enough room to fill comfortable..
bus ride to the plane was very crowded and had to wait a long time to get to the plane. The flygning itself was great.
The airline wouldn't let me take my stroller to the gate, even though the website states we can. My screen did not work. Their website also states that long flights offer wlan to be purchased. My 8.5-hour flygning did not have wlan available. inom pushed my call light to ask for vatten (I was willing to buy it). It took over an hour for them to komma and they could only give me a small glass at a time. Waters were not available for purchase.

The personal was good. Very friendly and respektfull. The airline not so much. They aren't very informative at all.
Seats were in disrepair. Seat back pockets were all broken. Seats recline very far, which fryst vatten comfortable for occupant, but confining for individ behind.
Everything was great except the meat served was tough and overcooked!
6 hour delay for connecting flygning in Istanbul, no real kunskap or support, spend night in lounge which was extremely noisy due to construction works.

The flygning encountered weather turbulences and it was scary at times but the pilot was outstanding! The food fryst vatten outstanding! The crew was great. Only thing fryst vatten the flygning path map could be better (Reference: Emirates) Also would be nice to have more choice of soft drinks during the flygning since it fryst vatten a long flygning. If the crews coming around with vatten instead of us going to the crew area asking.
Delays and no explanations nor apologies. gods 4 times inom flew Turkish the flygning was significantly delayed. inom will avoid this company in the future
Crew was not proactive and were busy laughing and talking instead of attending the passenger’s needs. Meals were served in a hurried manner.
Overall it was a pretty good experience until inom arrived in Accra and my suitcase was left in turkey.
On this rutt the plane was also late and inom almost missed a connecting flygning to Tashkent. Moreover, my bag did not arrive with the same plane and only on the next flygning from Istanbul. inom was supposed to travel further from Tashkent to Astana and Saudi Arabia and if inom didn't collect my bag in Tashkent inom would have missed the next flights because inom couldn't travel without my bag and all valuables inre it.
Our flygning was cancelled at 21:50 the night before, fully disrupting our return itinerary. inom was lucky to still be awake to hear the notification. Rebooking through Lufthansa was difficult with multiple dropped customer service calls. The sista result was satisfactory.
Very disappointed. None of the bags from Newark & Toronto flygning were loaded onto connecting flygning to Mumbai. And yet, no announcement during the flygning. No placard nära the luggage karusell in Mumbai. Absolute kaos at Lufthansa lost & funnen counter. Each agent taking 20 minutes to record each incident. Stood in line for more than 1 hour, after suffering through a 8 hour flight.
Before the flygning inom received an email from LH that our seat were changed to other comparable seats. At boarding however we funnen our reassigned “comparable” seats were directly bygd the toilet. They sure were no “comparable “ seats and we were ganska disappointed!
My first two flights were late. inom missed my gods flygning. The next flygning was not until the next day Seating on large plane was uncomfortable. In the center row, there are posts that do not allow you to spread your legs. The entertainment center did not respond well. . Food was okay. Though there was much confusion about where the special meals that. People ordered(not me) went
Email noting gate change was good. Very bad: kredit card machine broke down to charge for a checked bag. Lady at the counter read my kredit card number OVER THE PHONE to a woman in Germany. Very insecure!!
Lufthansa employees they has to work more with the customers and they delayed the flygning for two hours every 20 minutes every 20 minutes every 20 minutes every 20 minutes
This flygning was operated bygd Air India and it was good experience

Ok, where do inom början, hmm! Good things first - the meals/food was tasty, the seats are comfortable and legroom in Economy was ample and foot rest with meddelande roller fryst vatten simply fantastisk, Wi-Fi Entertainment works well. Bad things - in-flight entertainment screens and remotes either had physical damage and or simply not working. This was the case for more than 1/2 the flygning. flygning that was long haul - 12+hrs non-stop. If you want a cracker or a biscuit with your tea - forget it, they carry none. Feel like having a chilled beer - forget it as they will serve you room temperature always and every time. The crew seem ung and inexperienced. Will inom flyga eller fly undan igen, yes inom would only because it gets me from Sydney to Delhi in 12.5 odd hours (fastest), otherwise inom will never. It has been what a year or so since TATA took over but inom have not seen any change, inom really hope this changes.
Entertainment screens were either broken nor did not work. Also seat back did not work. Definitely not comfortable journey
Planes are very old and dated, entertainment doesn't work at all, food was below average. flygning was on time and seats have better leg space than competition.
Everything was bad and entertainment did not work and no landing kort and overall done with Air India

Absolutely ingenting. Cold and unpleasant airline personal, and to top it all, the entertainment struktur was broken. Really harrowing experience.
